How to use
Install eSIM
Quick installation in the APP for iPhone:
Upgrade your iPhone to iOS17.4 and above to install it in one click in the Trip.com APP.
Installation steps: Trip-Go to Account-All Orders-Click the "Install" button to achieve one-click installation.
Install using QR code:
iPhone:
1. Open the QR code attachment in the Trip.com APP, and the phone can save the QR code image directly to the phone.
2. Go to "Settings> Cellular> Add eSIM", select "Use QR code", and then scan the QR code.
3. Click "Activate eSIM", then click "Continue", select a label or enter a custom label for subsequent use.
Other brands of mobile phones (the installation method varies slightly for different models):
1. Go to "Settings", tap "Network & Internet", and then tap + next to the SIM card.
2. Tap 'Download SIM card?', then tap 'Next' on the next page.
3. When you see 'Scan QR code from the network', scan the QR code with your phone, then tap 'Download'.
4. When the screen displays 'Download complete', tap 'Set up'.
Manual installation:
1. Go to 'Settings > Network > Add eSIM'.
2. Select 'Use QR code', then tap 'Manually enter details' at the bottom, enter 'SM-DP+ address' and 'Activation code', then tap 'Next'.
3. Tap 'Activate eSIM', then tap 'Continue'. Select a label or enter a custom label for later use.
Using eSIM
1. Turn off the main card and turn on the eSIM network switch
2. Enable cellular network (iOS) or SIM card (Android)
3. Turn on data roaming
4. If you still cannot access the Internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart. See the message below for details.
About APN
1. If you purchase an eSIM that covers multiple countries/regions, when you arrive in a new area, if you cannot connect to the Internet, please manually switch the APN (it will switch automatically under normal circumstances)
2. Setting path: Cellular number--Cellular data network, or mobile network--Mobile data network, or mobile service--Mobile data network
3. Enter APN: plus
4. Restart your phone
(Support multiple downloads and installations)
Each QR code can be downloaded and installed 10 times, if the eSIM is deleted from the phone, you can install it again.
